If you receive the following window when you open Repro Desk:

then three files on your computer have become corrupt and will need to be deleted. Once you press OK, the following window will appear:

To fix this problem,
1. Close the windows and close Repro Desk (which probably did not open in the first place).
2. Using the Start > Find/Search command on your computer, locate the files named bzupdate.ini, job.xml, job.xml.bak and hit Shift-Delete to bypass your recycle bin and delete them immediately.
3. Next, open Repro Desk and it will recreate the three deleted files.
4. Now we can reinstall your file transfer protocols. Click the Add Files buttons on the top left side. Browse for a file you want to test with and click Open.
5. Once the file is in the queue, click the Send Job button.
6. Select Modem and click New.
7. For Method Name, enter WPBlue ApFtp.
8. Click Browse for Executable and browse to your ocerd folder on your C drive. Select ApFtp.exe. Click Open.
9. Click OK.
Fill out the work order and click Submit. In your work order you will need to re-enter the information that normally preloads for you (your name, company name, phone, fax, e-mail etc.)
If you are just doing a test, then type "Test — do not print" in job name field type and type "Call to verify receipt of test" in the instructions field.
10. Click Submit Job.
11. A job receipt will appear. Click Send Job.
12. An error will occur on the first use. Click OK and the ApFtp window will appear.
13. Select Communications > Settings.
14. Enter the following information in the fields:
15. Click Communications > Retry Request.
16. Now you are set up to submit jobs to Winter Park Blue. If the retry request failed or if you experience any problems, contact Marty Hellwig at Winter Park Blue: 407.647.3034 x243.
