Repro Remote v1.6.3 Installation and Setup
Software Installation
1. Download reproremotea.zip and reproremoteb.zip from Winter Park Blue's download center.
2. Unzip reproremotea.zip and double click the ocemenu.exe file.
3. Select English and click ok.
4. Click Install.
5. The software will perform a test to see if you are running the minimum system requirements needed. Click Next.
Minimum System Requirements
- Windows 98 or higher
- 64 MB RAM
- Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
- 60 MB of free hard disk space
6. Read license and click Yes if you agree.
7. Fill out the user information and click Next.
8. Click the Remote radio button. Click Next
9. Check the ApFtp and User Documentation options. Click Next.
10. Leave the folder locations at their default settings and click Next.
11. Select US units, All Users and Create a shortcut on the desktop.
12. Leave program folder at its default location. Click Next.
13. Setup will copy the required files to your computer.
14. Leave the folder path at its default setting. Click Next.
15. Click No when it asks if you want to configure FTP.
16. Select Restart Your Computer and click Next.
Setting up Repro Remote and ApFtp
1. Unzip reproremoteb.zip.
2. Move logobitmap.gif and Woinfo.xml to C:\ocerd.
3. Email or call the Océ department at Winter Park Blue to request your company's pen set.

When your pen set is emailed to you, it will come with instructions on how to set it up.
4. Once your pen set has been installed, open repro desk and click Configure->Defaults.
General Tab
- Select Job Ticket Required
- Select 16 Megabytes of Banded Memory Size
Job Default Settings Tab
Note: Change the defaults at your own discretion. The defaults can be changed at any time after you've uploaded your files into Repro Desk.
- Change your pen set location to the new file provided by Winter Park Blue.
Directories Tab
- Make sure Remember Last Path for Drawings is checked.
Paper Sizes Tab
- Uncheck ISO A and ISO B.
5. Now we can begin testing. Click the Add Files buttons on the top left side. Browse for a file you want to test with and click Open.
6. Once the file is in the queue, click the Send Job button.
7. Select Modem and click New.
8. Fill in the fields.
- Method Name: WPBlue ApFtp,
- Click Browse for Executable and click ApFtp.exe. Click Open
- Click OK
- Click OK
9. Fill out the work order and click Submit.
10. A job receipt will appear. Click Send Job.
11. An error will occur on the first use. Click OK and the ApFtp window will appear. Click Communications > Settings.
12. Cut and paste for the following fields:
- Host Name: ftp.wpblue.com
- User Login: wpb
- Password: client
- Change to Directory: B_&_W_digital/Repro Remote
- Check FTP to Queue, Show Extra Status, Log to File and Use Passive Transfer
- Click OK.
13. Click Communications > Retry Request.
14. Now you are set up to submit jobs to Winter Park Blue. If the retry request failed or if you experience any problems, contact Marty Hellwig at Winter Park Blue: 407.647.3034 x243.
