The Océ CS4050 Series scanners give you the capability to scan at resolutions from 50-800 ppi. The choice of resolution ensures optimum handling of all your drawings. Use lower resolutions to reduce file size for posters and maps. Higher resolutions provide the detail required for documents with fine lines and enhanced images. These high resolutions and a full 36-bit color depth give you the assurance of outstanding image quality.

Construction Document Archiving
If you’re like a lot of people, you’ve probably got a closet somewhere in your office overflowing with rolls of old plans and specifications. At Reprografia, we can digitize your hard copy originals with our large format scanner and save them to CD or DVD media, effectively reducing the overflowing closet to a few discs in your desk drawer. Reprografia can scan hard copy originals up to 36” wide by any length.
Scanned documents are saved in the Adobe PDF format, allowing you to easily access or print each sheet with the free Adobe Reader software. Additionally, the ability to email PDF copies of your plans eliminates the hassle of breaking down sets of drawings to deliver a single sheet to the print shop, saving you time and money. You also have the option to have your scanned documents converted into searchable text with powerful OCR technology.
Archiving to CD also makes it easy to prevent information loss. Since storage space is no longer an issue, there’s no reason not to keep one set of discs in your office, and a backup set in a safe, off-site location.
