National Accounts/Facilities Manager

Summary

Manage key vendor relationships, negotiate and order all company equipment, telephony, vehicles and related supplies. Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and controlling facility maintenance and remodels at various locations.

Our Payroll Administrator is charged with generating and administrating all financial aspects of bi-weekly multi-state payroll and associated duties. Includes, payroll, journal entry preparation, reconciliation, reporting, and various other accounting functions.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for all activities necessary to process and maintain a multi state, bi-weekly payroll which, includes preparation/production in the payroll department for multiple locations.   • Polling of time clocks: Report and Missed Punch Report. Edit time transactions i.e. any missing or incorrect punches. Update and maintain employee information in time clock system.

  • Input weekly hours, run payroll, preview for errors and distribute paychecks.
  • Maintain related records, filing all tax reports and voluntary deduction reports, and payroll system maintenance.
  • Responsible for all payroll tax activities including compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and filing local, state, and federal payroll tax returns. Calculation and reporting of tax liabilities.
