NTTA DFS Portal
Welcome to the North Texas Tollway Authority DFS Online Planroom. This site is being utilized by NTTA as a repository and distribution conduit for bid documents for its roadway construction projects. These documents are available for online review free of charge to all interested bidders. We hope you find this site to be a helpful tool in securing bid opportunities with the NTTA and return often to see what new projects are available.
Registration
If this is your first time to visit this site you will need to create a user account. To do so, click the green “Log in to NTTA Planroom” button on the column to the left and then click the “Register Now” button on the Login Screen. You will be asked to provide an email address and other basic contact information. Once you have completed registration, you will receive an email with a login name and password within the next few minutes which will give you access to the Planroom.

Ordering Prints
Prints may be purchased from this site at prices that have been negotiated on the behalf of bidders by the NTTA. Only complete sets of printed bid documents may be purchased from this site with the exception of geotechnical reports when only the Prime contractors are required to receive copies. In addition to printed sets, you may also download the bid documents for approximately half the price of a printed set. On some occasions, due to the size of a project, partial downloads may be authorized and in most cases, the option to purchase a CD or DVD will be offered as well. The Planroom will display the approximate pricing for items that are being ordered but generally does not display binding, shipping costs or taxes. If you wish to have prints shipped on your shipping account, Thomas charges a handling fee of $5.00 per package. If you wish to have prints shipped on Thomas’ account and need an accurate quote, please contact us for pricing. Unless directed otherwise, orders that are to be picked up will be directed to whichever of our 10 Metroplex locations is closest to the customer’s location.
Payment Options
Registration for a DFS user account gives you access to the Planroom, but does not create a credit account with Thomas Reprographics. If you already have a charge account with Thomas, any prints that are ordered will be billed to that account. If you do not have a credit account with Thomas, please provide payment information in the Special Instructions field on the Checkout screen prior to submitting your order. If you wish to apply for a credit account with Thomas, you may fill out a credit application and fax to 972.231.0623 or mail it to Thomas Reprographics, 600 N. Central Expressway, Richardson, Texas, 75080.
