The Durst Lambda and LightJet 5000 Digital Laser Imagers produce full continuous tone images straight from your Macintosh or PC file up to 49” wide by almost any length on photographic media.
Using the faster direct digital imaging process of the Durst Lambda camera from Italy, we are able to offer clients a more efficient, less costly alternative to produce multiple copies of a single digital file. The Durst’s speed and efficiency allows for each reproduction to be an original from your digital file and makes volume printing more affordable.
The RGB color space produces whiter whites and blacker blacks. Colors are unbelievably saturated and true, including flesh tones and bright colors. Your digitally created or retouched images will accurately reflect the intentions of the photographer or graphic artist.
The Durst Lambda is the answer for efficient and fast large-format print production with uncompromising quality for exhibitions, fair stands, museums, illuminated displays, marketing posters and PR launches. Available media include gloss, matte, metallic, Duraflex, Duraclear, and Duratrans. Duratrans are transparencies with a white translucent base used in backlit displays. They are the best transparencies available from your digital originals.
