Digital Vault DFS
Search, view, print and distribute your plans... all without leaving your chair.
Powered by ReproMAX DFS, Digital Vault is an easy-to-use online planroom that puts you in control of your documents. We provide a secure web site and manage the setup of users, permissions and security (you decide who gets to view what). We then capture limitless drawings, documents, specs, whatever files you need. All organized to your specifications.
You and your designated users can access your project files 24/7 from any remote location, and updates can be sent to your own specified distribution list. Best of all, the viewable files we provide are standard PDFs that load quickly in the free Adobe Reader application, which means no more long downloads or clumsy “special” viewers.
Need to print multiple sets to multiple parties? No problem. Your contacts are already organized in the system, and documents can often be delivered on the same day across the country. All you have to do is click & print to one or multiple locations in the U.S., Canada and the U.K.
Easily create professional invitation to bid packages from our standard templates and distribute them via web, e-mail, or fax. Our convenient ITB tools include Bid Management software to keep track of incoming bids.
Once a project is completed, we can archive the entire project or just the “As-Builts” in an organized, viewable and searchable format on CD. A great tool for you and your clients.

What is iPrint and how do I use it?
iPrint allows you to print documents that are stored in DFS at your office using an HP Printer or in our Self Serve area.
Note: When printing a large format document, the program will search for a printer that has the required paper size for full size printing. If that is not available, it will default to half size and search for the required paper size. If that is not available, it will default to fit to page and a watermark will appear across the drawing.
Why don't I see the option to Create Notification?
In order to use the DFS Notification system, you must first obtain a subscription to the service. To do so, go to "Forms and Documents" below. Click on "Subscription Form for Digital Vault DFS" to download the file. Fill the form out with all necessary information and fax to Digital Vault DFS at ae-dvdfs@aecomplex.com.
I'd like to download files from a project but the system will not allow me to select Electronic Download from the Shopping Cart.
When an owner puts a project into our DFS Digital Vault, they have the option of whether to allow electronic downloads or not. If you are not able to select Electronic Download then it is because the owner has chosen not to allow them.
