When most people hear the name Thomas Reprographics, they instantly associate the name with the Architectural/Construction industry, which, while correct, doesn’t even begin to tell the whole story of who we are. What most people don't realize is that we also have an outstanding Digital Print department that specializes in wide and narrow format printing, POD services, and VDP applications. As a matter of fact, we have five locations across the nation that have the same or similar equipment that allows us to have redundancy within our own operation. We have the latest in wide format flatbed, photographic, and solvent based printers at our customers' disposal. - 2+ years experience in the digital print industry
- Variable data printing sales highly desired
- Proven track record of capturing new business
- Proven track record of world class customer service
- Experience at strategically developing accounts and territories
- Able to cultivate and maintain personal relationships with marketing executives
- Desire, passion and a positive attitude
- 4 year college degree a plus

Essential Job Functions
The primary responsibilities of an Account Manager include understanding and communicating our services to current and prospective clients. A Thomas Reprographics Account Manager must identify and generate new accounts, manage assigned accounts and increase sales in these respective accounts. This individual must regularly identify and call prospective customers and establish buying cycles, identify customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship. Additional duties include establishing buying influences, and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts in addition to maintaining an awareness of company activities and industry trends, creating quotes and updating customer information in the sales database.
Qualified Candidates Will Meet the Following Requirements:
- At least 2 years sales and/or customer service experience selling business to business services a plus or recent college graduate will be considered.
- Proficiency in a Windows environment, primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Able to process, comprehend, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Demonstrates strong communication, relationship building skills, and judgment skills
- Able to work independently within scope of the assignment
- Demonstrates effective building credibility, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Communicates and cooperates with other departmental managers, assistants and employees to ensure a smooth flow of work across departments; works well in a team environment
- Maintains a courteous and “can-do” attitude with internal and external customers
